#71 Danielle Kettlewell – The Olympic Process
Sunday Dec 02, 2018
Sunday Dec 02, 2018
Enjoy this fascinating journey to Olympic athlete status with synchronised swimmer Danielle Kettlewell. This conversation gives you some real insights into the training, preparation and dedication required for a sport many of us know little about. Danielle shares how she went from a girl who didn’t necessarily view herself as particularly gifted at synchro to a confident flourishing lady who represented Australia in the Rio 2016 games and all that that entails. Danielle talks about the actual experience of the games and her emotions at the opening ceremony. While the achievement is obviously enormous, the most fascinating aspect to this conversation is the emphasise she places on the journey to achieving her goal and the learnings Danielle gathered during this process as well as how it has shaped her identity and view of what she is capable of. Danielle has a wonderful energy about her which makes it very easy to be caught up in her story and really feel what she went through.

#68 Gosia Gorna – The expansive clarity doctor
Monday Nov 12, 2018
Monday Nov 12, 2018
In a case of who’s interviewing who at times, Bryn has a very deep and ranging conversation with visiting UK Transformation Coach Gosia Gorna. Gosia talks about her work as a ‘Clarity Doctor’, the journey which lead her to her work as well as the story behind the development of her ‘Expansion Game’ Method, which she successfully uses to transform your greatest fears into your greatest successes. Gosia goes deep on topics such as tuning into your intuition, the power of future scripting, human expansion, heart connection and trusting that the universe ‘has your back’. There is little doubt about the connection Gosia has with her intuition, it’s fascinating to listen to where that connection has taken her and what that has brought into her life. There is so much to learn about trusting yourself and your capability in this podcast; and you learn as much about Gosia from her answers and you do the questions she flips back on Bryn and the answers she elicits from him.

#67 Ruth Hatherley – Moneycatcha
Sunday Nov 04, 2018
Sunday Nov 04, 2018
Ruth Hatherley shares how she turned her back on her safe career in finance, invested her life saving and created and developed Moneycatcha – a blockchain tech solution designed to create a more efficient home loan process (cutting the processing time from 42 days to 90 minutes) and empower Australians to change banks. Ruth explains how her upbringing in rural Esperance instilled the values of family, community and transparency upon which her company and solution are built and are core to its success. Ruth brilliantly breaks down complexity of her solution for everyone to understand and from this it becomes abundantly clear very quickly the scale of the impact Moneycatcha is in the process of delivering in Australia and beyond. Ruth also goes deep on the human journey behind creating Moneycatcha sharing the events and decision-making process to go all in on Moneycatcha, how she had to reframe her identity to that of a CEO of a global Tech company as well as the humility required to expand and learn at the rate required to drive Moneycatcha’s progress. Ruth also speaks about being present and managing conflicting priorities, especially as a single mother, as well as her need to create mental space and clarity through meditation as part of her own personal success habits. You will immediately be drawn in by Ruth’s super focus, speed of thought and energy which all spring forward from having a very clear ‘why’ in her life.

#66 Lucy Peach – The power of the period
Sunday Oct 28, 2018
Sunday Oct 28, 2018
Singer and performer Lucy Peach unlocks the mysteries and myths to reveal the power of the menstrual cycle. In this very open, insightful and humorous conversation Lucy expands on her TEDx talk about 4 stages of the monthly female cycle and how, by recognising them, they can each be individually harnessed. Lucy goes deep on how periods are characterised and portrayed and how fusing her knowledge together with her story telling and performing background is changing that. She also provides greater insight for men to consider their own cycles, understanding the cycles of their female partners and how it can strengthen relationships. Lucy talks her life as singer and performer. This is a hugely insightful and entertaining conversation that provokes the listener to also consider the cyclical nature of the human existence more broadly from the normalised status quo we often all work to. There’s also a very amusing finish to the podcast as well.
