Singer and performer Lucy Peach unlocks the mysteries and myths to reveal the power of the menstrual cycle. In this very open, insightful and humorous conversation Lucy expands on her TEDx talk about 4 stages of the monthly female cycle and how, by recognising them, they can each be individually harnessed.
