Go on a mystical journey with Mirek Kanik, psychotherapist and author of the book ‘I am a Modern Mystic’. In this conversation Merik begins by sharing his journey from a turbulent Poland in the early 80s to WA. He then goes on to explain mysticism, how the heart is at the centre of our everyday functioning much more than the brain and how being more heart-focused is the not only the foundation of relationships with ourselves and others but also gateway to a wealth of knowledge much greater than we perceive.
